The Funeral Help Plan takes care of all the costs typically associated with a funeral. As a Sanlam client you also qualify for a 15% discount for the use of Avbob's services and a 7,5% discount for the use of any Doves Funeral Services associated undertakers. FMS will provide free transport of the body to a funerary home closest to the place of burial. You also get free funeral cover for babies up to six months old.

Sanlam's Funeral Help Plan gives you the choice of three affordable plans -  one to only cover yourself, one for your own family or a third to cover your own and your extended families. You may also add a waiver of premium benefit so that in case the principal paying member dies, Sanlam will continue to pay the premium. This means that the remaining members on the policy will still be covered without having to pay any premiums.
