Sanlam's focus on its staff has always been a high priority. Flowing from this, a considerable amount of time and energy has been spent on initiatives to improve the overall work experience of our staff.

Sanlam, being a microcosm of South African society, cannot escape the potential impact that HIV and AIDS has on our industry and country at large.

One of the objectives of Sanlam's HIV/AIDS policy is to empower our employees to prevent the spread of HIV and AIDS through education and training. Sanlam's very successful Voluntary Counselling and Testing Campaign, which was launched towards the end of last year, is further testament of our commitment to provide our staff with all the information, treatment and support they require.
